Environmental Learning Center

The ELC is an outdoor environmental classroom that was built by parents, teachers, and the community. Teachers use the classroom for outdoor instruction using the Science Coalition. The center is run by a parent group who is responsible for maintenance, fundraising, and supporting classroom activities. The school is in a partnership with the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension Program to develop lessons based on the state content standards.
